Baked Salmon with Garlic and Lime Marinade


1 1/2 lbs. salmon, skin removed (preferably Wild Salmon)
juice of 2 limes
zest of 1 lime
1/3 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste

mix bottom ingredients together in blender and pour over salmon. Let marinade in fridge for one hour then put in 375 oven for about 50 minutes. If you start with frozen fillets it with take about five minutes more.
