2 cups white sugar
1 tsp onion powder
2 tsp pumpkin spice
1/2 tsp paprika
Once you have warmed up the ham according to the directions on the ham, mix the above ingredients together and sprinkle over the ham and caramelize the sugar on the outside using either the broiler in your oven or the man's favorite: a blowtorch! If you are using the broiler, then add two coats of the sugar keeping an eye on it at all times to keep it from over-caramelizing (burning).
